Most Rewarding Game Moment: My most rewarding gaming moments happen when I’m playing a competitive game as part of a team. Whether we’re struggling against tough opponents or we are absolutely on fire as a group, the thrill of working together and achieving is what makes it special.
Favorite Bear: Cave Bear! I first discovered it while learning about the Ice Age — it is an interesting animal!
Cooper Findley
Co-Founder & Director Game Dev
Cooper is an engineering and production leader with deep passion for early-stage iteration. He’s done the live game thing too, but most-loves sailing the ambiguous waters of early development with talented teams.
Cooper spends his free time sitting in LA traffic and wishing it would rain here more often.
All-Time Favorite Games: Dark Forces, Ocarina of Time, THPS, Shadow of the Colossus, Halo, Rock Band, Last of Us, I'm bad at favourites...
Most Rewarding Game Moment: Honestly still chasing the rush of high school all-nighters climbing duo ranked in Halo 2, but there have been a lot of good moments since.
Favorite Bear: Baloo and Yogi have both done a lot for us as a society, but in such different ways. I wouldn't dare choose.
Adam Murguia
Studio Creative Director
Adam is a seasoned creative leader with over 20 years in the gaming industry, known for unlocking studios' full creative potential and inspiring teams to craft memorable games.
From Phoenix Labs and Wildlife Studios to Riot Games, he’s led ambitious IP launches, scaled creative teams, and championed award-winning games.
A dedicated gamer—having reached level 400 in Elden Ring and maxed out in Bloodborne—he’s thrilled to join Bear Club Games. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, baking apple pies, and watching any movie with lasers.
All-Time Favorite Games: Elden Ring / Souls Games and the game that Star Citizen could be!
Most Rewarding Game Moment: Before MMOs had aggro ranges, a friend pulled an entire zone of enemies to a rare spawn camp we'd been farming for hours. As a monk with Feign Death, he thought they'd forget him when he got up. He was so wrong, and we found out the hard way when he rose right next to us.
Favorite Bear: Polar Bear
Dann is a tech leader with over 25 years of experience across the entertainment industry, having developed applications for television studios, cable providers, streaming services, and concert and movie ticketing. However, his first love is games and so his years with Riot and now Bear Club Games have been the most rewarding in his careers.
Dann’s career has involved leading teams to scale live services to meet massive demand. Whether it was huge on-sale events at Ticketmaster, blockbuster movie releases at Fandango, and putting the S in Riot Games with the launch of Legends of Runeterra, Dann has always focused on building a culture of ownership and innovation to bring great experiences to players everywhere.
Dann is also a perma-GM that will run a TTRPG at the drop of a hat but, oddly doesn’t play D&D. He spends his remaining free-time building terrariums, feeding his lizards, and hiking the hills over Los Angeles.
